Hormazd Sanjana, MD, is a board-certified and fellowship-trained family physician who always puts the needs of his patients first. In his role as a family and community medicine physician at Castle Hills Family Practice, with four locations in San Antonio, Texas, Dr. Sanjana offers essential services, including annual physicals, chronic disease care, and preventive and acute care.

Dr. Sanjana treats wide-ranging mental and physical health conditions in people of all ages, including diabetes, ADD/ADHD, back pain, and many other issues. He also provides on-site COVID-19 testing and other lab testing.

Dr. Sanjana earned his medical degree at the N.K.P. Salve Institute of Medical Sciences & Research Centre (NKPSIMS) in Nagpur, India. He then completed residency training at the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center (TTUHSC) in Odessa, Texas.
